New customers

In order to shop, you must be a registered customer. The easiest way to do this is by clicking on the "Create account" button in the top right corner. Fill in all the information in the registration form and it will be easier for us to place you under the correct customer number or possibly if we need to create a new customer number for you. Please indicate which institution and department you work in.

Once we have processed your data, we will get back to you with a username and password.

You will need your username and password every time you log in.

Once you have registered and been approved, you can search among products and place orders.

The username and password we assign you can be changed later under "My account".
