The clever refill
The 10/20 µl XL, 300 µl and 1000 µl pipette tips are, due to their geometry, not nestable. To be able to offer a space saving refill for these tips we developed a unique spacer which is mounted, via four notches, to the bottom of the wafer. We have significantly reduced the use of material compared to the old refills by up to 50% in weight and up to 60% in volume. This not only saves on storage space in the lab, but is also more eco-friendly as less resources are used, and less CO2 is released during both production and transportation.
